The Iron Ranger Foundation awards scholarships to support self-motivated high school students who have succeeded and shown self-discipline and resilience despite the loss of parental guidance and support, such as death of one/both parents, estrangement, incarceration, terminal illness, or termination of parental rights.

Students attending a high school in specified California, Colorado or Minnesota counties are eligible.
BRIAN RADUENZ
Brian Raduenz is the Chief Executive Officer for AEVEX Aerospace. Prior to the formation of AEVEX, he served as CEO of Merlin Global Services, a leading provider of flight operations, aircraft maintenance, and aviation training support to the DoD intelligence community.

Brian served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force as a commander, flight test engineer, and program manager for a variety of manned and unmanned Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) acquisition programs.
Brian received his Air Force Commission and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He also holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science in Military Studies from Air University.
TIMOTHY R. PESTONIK
Tim Pestotnik is a trial lawyer honored with an “AV” rating by his peers through Martindale Hubbell, a national, independent, lawyer rating service.
For many years, including 2018, Tim has been selected as one of the Top 50 Attorneys in San Diego, also by his peers. Tim was with a large firm for 20 years, and was the head of its Business Litigation Group before starting Pestotnik LLP.
Tim is from Colorado and is an avid Colorado Buff’s fan, and an avid classic car restorer and collector.
CHRISTI GILHOI
Christi is responsible for the design and execution of global employee engagement and recognition programs for Qualcomm’s 35K employees located in 44 countries. Her team promotes work, family, cultural, personal development and financial health initiatives and campaigns.
Christi is an executive strategist with experience in cultural change management, employee engagement, work/life, benefits management, total rewards program management and implementation, international post-secondary education, marketing, event management, organizational stewardship, social media, budget oversight, and international programs.
